What is Shmookster.com?

This is the land of opportunity and expression. Enter, and bask in this technological, surrealist feat of amateur web design. Now is the time to experiment, learn, and demonstrate that to the world. What you'll find on here most is either archives of my pet project web pages, or portfolios of my work in the online space. I've made many things over the years. Here you might find works such as websites, Doom wads, music, Gamebryo packs, Source mods, and essays, just to list a few. This site is always under construction. I hope you enjoy your stay here.

Who am I?

I am Shmook, Eddie K. Shmookster to be more specific. I do a lot of things online, so I made this site to show off those things. I'm an American graphic designer/musician/game developer/programmer/a lot of other things, and my favorite color is purple. Also, I was almost on MasterChef Junior. As you might have guessed, I really like the band Tool. Making websites is pretty fun; I've done it for a couple years now. I've been doing graphic design for 5 years. My main inspirations when making this page were Trilobite.org and Brainjar.com. They're some of my favorite sites on the net. And finally, to quote some graffiti I saw one time: "I ♡ trans goths."

Experience my interpersonal history through The Shmookster.com Reservior. The websites contained within are a chronological lineage of my experiences as a web designer. My friends and I used to stay up in call long into the night, watching me make these pages. None of them were ever hosted anywhere online, until now.

I used to be a modder for videogames. It's useful to have all of my old mods in one place instead of having them spread out across a bunch of different websites. The Shmook Mod Reservior was, in a way, the first part of Shmookster.com ever made. It used to be hosted at linkmix.co, and when I made my first real website, I intigrated it with the Shmook Mod Reservior.

Shmookster.gallery

The gallery isnt finished right now, but for the time being I've put up some colorful icons I made a while ago. I always imagined creating a software suite and using these matching icons for each program, but I don't know how to make programs, and I probably never will.
